Rodrigo Pinheiro, known as Madd Rod, is a self-taught artist who has spent the past decade shaping a sound that moves between nostalgia and experimentation. Now based in Berlin, he runs Inner Shah Recordings.
Originally from Lisbon, he began releasing music independently before his debut album Dystopian Desert (2020). He joined the Discotexas roster in 2021 and, after relocating to Berlin, developed the retrofuturistic voice of Sad Behaviour (2023).
His third studio album, In Constant Evolution, is out now on Inner Shah Recordings, moving between EBM tension, Indie Dance momentum, and introspective drift.
